Use our Pull API or Webhooks to pull or push call logs and recordings anywhere you want. Everything can be set up to fit seamlessly into your existing workflows, no matter how specialized your setup may be.

 

How does the integration work?

When you enable Salestrail’s integration in the call analytics dashboard, data flows seamlessly from your mobile devices into the Salestrail dashboard—and then straight into your CRM. Calls are automatically matched to existing records, like leads, contacts, or accounts, and are logged as answered/unanswered and inbound/outbound. This setup means you can use your CRM’s reporting tools to see exactly how much time you’re spending on key customers and high-potential deals. Plus, call recordings are linked directly in your CRM for quick access.


If you prefer to view only CRM-matched calls in your Salestrail dashboard or custom graphs, you can easily choose to do that as well.
